Participant Acknowledgment and Waiver of Liability

Please Read Before Participating

Participation in QVR’s full-body virtual reality experiences involves physical activity, sensory immersion, and the use of specialized equipment. By entering the QVR trailer or using our equipment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Physical Activity Disclaimer

I understand that full-motion VR experiences may involve walking, running, crouching, reaching, and other physical actions that could pose a risk of injury, especially for individuals with existing medical conditions. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in this experience.

If I am under the age of 18, I am accompanied by or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in QVR experiences, including but not limited to:

• Dizziness, nausea, or motion sickness
  
  

• Loss of balance or minor collisions
  
  

• Disorientation or confusion during or after gameplay
  
  

• Potential equipment malfunction
  
  

I understand that QVR staff will provide safety instructions and that following those instructions is my responsibility.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release QVR, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation in QVR activities. This includes claims of personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

4. Equipment Use & Behavior

I agree to use QVR equipment respectfully and follow all safety guidance. I understand that misuse may result in early termination of my session or refusal of future service.

5. Media Release

I grant permission for QVR to use any photographs or video footage taken during my session for promotional purposes, including social media, the website, and advertising. I may opt out by informing a staff member prior to participating.

6. Questions or Concerns

If I have questions about my ability to participate safely, I understand I should ask a QVR staff member before beginning or consult my healthcare provider in advance.

By participating in QVR experiences, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
